One spray in your mouth, hold for a moment or two and swallow. For *babies and children – you may wish to add the dose to water to dilute the taste. *cooled, boiled/sterilised water.

Dilutions are initially made up with 1 part tincture to 10 parts water or 1 to 100. From this stage repeated dilution results in the 30c, 200c potencies that are available in our single remedies.

The process starts with the original ingredient. After each dilution, the mixture is succussed (vigorously agitated) via a calibrated machine.
