How to shop
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Product Ranges, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept payment through PayPal™. Please note that you will be charged in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), not USD or any other currency. Exchange rate fees (if any) are determined by PayPal™. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Postage & Handling (P&H)
Postage costs vary according to your country. You can see your postage costs as you check out of the online shop. Please note that if you are placing an order to be delivered outside New Zealand, you will need to email us to request post and packaging costs. We endeavour to keep these costs as low as possible so at this stage are pricing individually. We will amend this as soon as an optimal system has been put in place. Returns
Please be very careful to order the correct product. As the products do not have tamper proof seals we are unable to accept returns. If we have fulfilled the order incorrectly, we will replace the product upon receipt of the original and unused product.
Damage
If the product is damaged on arrival, please do not sign for it with the courier. If upon opening, you find the product broken, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement.

Delivery Schedule
It is our intention to dispatch orders less than 50 remedies on the same day if received by 10am Monday to Friday, unless otherwise stated. If there is likely to be a delay greater than two days in the despatch of your order you will be contacted via email or phone, as long as you have supplied these details.
Depending on the weight and contents of your order, we either use a next-day courier service, or a first class postage service. Your order may need to be signed for, so if you're not going to be there, please specify an alternate address, such as your work address.
We are happy for your package to be left in the perimeters of your property or with work colleagues at your specific written or emailed request. However, in these circumstances, we are wholly unable to take responsibility for any loss or damage which may occur.
Delivery to NZ addresses:
If you are in New Zealand, you should receive your goods within 5 working days.
Delivery to AUS addresses:
If you are in Australia, you should receive them within 6 working days.
Delivery to all other countries:
If you are outside of NZ and Australia, you should receive them within 7–10 working days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy
We are happy for you to return any "as new" and unused goods that you bought in error within 7 days of receipt of your purchase (as per The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000). However, please phone us on +649 40 60 570 first, so we can help you return the item correctly. We will not refund any postage costs on the returned item. We have to charge a 10% restocking fee on each item returned. Your statutory rights are not affected. |
